Notes on the 15th C Shaube

• Examples of schaubes depicted in the art.
• I am starting to get the overall idea of how I want it. Might actually start out quite soon in a month or so. I am also wanting a new wool handsewing project, this might be it! I plan to use my thick blue IKEA wool, which I have now dyed four times without acheiving the colour I have aimed for. However, I am probably stupid enough to give it a fifth or even a sixth try. It will definately end up very nicely fulled...
• Lined or unlined? Well, probably unlined, as I think all that fabric will be heavy enough as it is.
